Rainbow Paints is the only company in Malawi with purpose-built facilities for the manufacture of paint. Its products and brands are entirely produced in Malawi, by Malawians, and it takes care to source local raw materials such as soya oil, which is used to produce paint resin at its Resin Plant. During its 20 years of operation, it has achieved a production capacity of over 5000 litres of paint a day, along with a majority share in the Malawi market.
