As local manufacturers of plastic products (including pre-forms for plastic bottles) for domestic and commercial use, Easypack provides much needed products for the supply chains of the following high earning local Industries: farming, tea and tobacco and construction industries. Industrial packaging clientele includes Southern Bottlers for which it is the sole supplier of crating.
It also manufactures a comprehensive range of polythene sheet products: black sheets, clear sheets, fumigation sheets, planting posts, sleeves, poly-wraps, barley ban covers and other products specific to customer requests. It also manufactures polythene bags, for llovo sugar amongst others. Imminent expansion plans include the provision of stretch wrapping services and extending its current production capacity from 250 metric tonnes to 400/800 metric tonnes. This expansion will be facilitated by a new $1.5 million factory with 10 000 sqm floor space.
